RIVERBANK — November 2, 2026. Riverbank’s city engineering page says sidewalk improvement contracts for Roselle Avenue near the irrigation canal and Palmer Avenue have been awarded.
What contractors are expected to build
For Roselle Avenue, the city lists paving, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, accessible ramps and safety railings. Palmer Avenue improvements include sidewalk, paving, retaining-wall and traffic-control elements.
A contract is not a completion notice
The page identifies the selected contractor, United Pavement Maintenance, Inc., but does not establish that construction is complete or give a verified date when every driveway will reopen.
Who can answer questions
Riverbank lists Senior Project Coordinator Laura Graybill at 209-863-7155. Road users should follow posted signs and construction crews’ directions rather than rely on an older preliminary schedule.
